About Michelle
Michelle teaches with reverence for the power of the “breath of Life” to facilitate physical & spiritual well being.  Her approach to yoga combines gentle challenges with attention given to the importance between the alignment of both the physical body & the spiritual self. She has a passion for facilitating relaxation & wellness through movement, breath & meditation. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor since 2013, and a Massage Therapist for 34 years with her own thriving Essential Massage business; located on the Island of Oahu in the beautiful State of Hawaii.  She loves worshiping through hula and is an active member of Anchor Church & New Hope Windward.  She is a wife & mother and a delighted tutu (grandmother).
